I great day out with children aged 8/9. Vampire ride was a highlight along with Dragons fury! Worth getting the fast track passes. We walked straight to the front of the queue. Sea world was great also. Would recommend. Lots to do for all the family.

A very good family theme park. There is a wide variety of attractions, including a good selection of rollercoasters for those wanting rides of the slightly more thrilling type. There are also many younger oriented rides.

The rides were for a range of all ages and sizes. There were plenty of places to eat or picnic. The staff were very good. The digipass for photos is great value especially if there's a few of you. Apart from the rides there is the zoo. Very good and a good range of animals. Also a petting zoo and a sealife centre included in the entry price. The new Tiger Rocks area is very good and gets you up close to the tigers. Unfortunately that was the only ride that was closed as it was very windy.

Such a brilliant day out for the whole family. The animals were great- personal favourite being the tigers! Also the rides were really good fun too and surprisingly didn’t have to queue for ages either even though it was a weekend. The sea life centre was amazing and very interesting so I would recommend that. The entire park was kept very clean and tidy. Overall I’d give it a 10/10 for a family day out. There is something for everyone.

Fantastic service from staff members in the hotel and restaurant absolute credit to the company, would definitely recommend visiting to family and friends.

Where can I start the hotel is clean tidy and there's plenty of activities for children. The view from my window you can see the animals and lovely. They also put an Oreo or a car freddo in the beds for the kids. I would only recommend this hotel to anybody(...)”

(...)We love the pantomime this year and there are some very funny jokes for the adults (that go over the kids heads). The actors are amazing. Ride queues very minimal (and non existent towards closing time). That's 2 Sundays in a row that we had tomb blaster to ourselves at the end of the day 😂 The Christmas village is fab too. So festive.

Perfect Christmas day out. Visited santa had the best day great value and experience. Only downside is you que longer to buy a coffee than you do for a ride. Definitely needs more coffee stations or faster staff!

(...)We visited this time for the Christmas event and it was lovely, the silent disco in the queue for Santa was a great touch and we really enjoyed dancing away being silly whilst we waited. The only thing I would say is the management of slot times, there was a lot of waiting despite having a booked time to be there, we coped ok but if we had younger children it would have been very frustrating. The staff as always were very cheerful, welcoming and helpful which really makes it a lovely place to be!
