Ride Information

• Adventurers must be a minimum height of 1.0m tall to ride.
• Adventurers between 1.0m and 1.3m must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.
• Adults aged 16 years or above can accompany up to four Adventurers under 1.3m.
• Accompanying adults must sit in the middle of the children they are accompanying.
• Maximum of 30 Adventurers on a truck.
• Maximum of 5 in a row.
• Not suitable for expectant mothers.
• Not suitable for Adventurers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, broken limbs, back or neck problems.
• Touching the animals is forbidden.
• Not suitable for Adventurers with epilepsy or claustrophobia as strobe lighting and dark spaces are part of the attraction.
• There is no guarantee of seeing animals as they are free reign in the Reserve and may also choose to be in their indoor homes, so may not always be visible.
• Zufari closes an hour before sunset.

Accessibility Information

Prosthetics

All prosthetic limbs must be secured to the guest’s body or removed before boarding any ride.

Non - Ambulant & Wheelchair Access

You must have full upper body strength including head and neck control and be able to brace against the forces.
Guests using a wheelchair must transfer into the vehicle without assistance.
Guests must be able to sit up and hold themselves upright without assistance from a carer for the duration of the ride.
Non Ambulant Guests are not permitted to ride.

Evacuation

Must be able to exit area with uneven surface area.
This ride requires evacuation from height from a vertical ladder.
If an emergency Adventurers MUST be able to jump down from the truck unaided.
Adventurers are required to walk unaided in case of an evacuation.

Missing Limb or Amputation Information

Guests are required to have a minimum of three full limbs to enjoy this attraction.
Guests with an amputation above or below the knee with no prosthetic are not permitted to ride.
