Ride Restrictions

  • Adventurers must be 0.9m or above.
  • Adventurers between 0.9m-1.1m must be accompanied by an adult (16+)
  • Adventurers must remain seated with arms and legs inside the train at all times
  • No eating or drinking on the ride
  • World of Paw Patrol is a no smoking or vaping area which includes queue lines
  • Shirts and shoes must be worn whilst riding
  • Adventurers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back or neck problems should not ride
  • The ride is not suitable if you are pregnant
  • The ride is not suitable for Adventurers in casts above the knee or elbow
  • No buggies within the queue
  • Not permitted for those intoxicated by alcohol or drugs
  • CCTV may be in use for safety purposes
  • Adventurers with larger torso measurements may be unable to ride

Accessibility Information

  • Adventurers must be able to transfer from their wheelchair unaided
  • You must be able to grip or exert pressure with 3 limbs
  • You must be able to keep your head upright without assistance
  • This ride is not suitable for guests with more than 1 missing limb
  • Leg amputations or missing limbs must not be above the knee
