Yes! All bookings are flexible. This means you will be able to amend your stay up to 7 days before your arrival date. However, if you would like the option of extra flexibility you can add on Cancellation Protection and this means you will be able to amend or cancel your booking up to 36 hours before your arrival date.
You will be able to amend your arrival date and also your ticket date, as well as the lead name on the booking and your personal details.
No, we do not charge any admin or amendment fees – if you change your arrival date and it is more expensive due to our live booking system, you will need to pay any extra costs to the new value of the break.

If the new arrival date is more expensive than what you have currently paid due to our live booking system, we will take the additional payment from the original payment method at the time of amending. Similarly, if the amendment is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
Our Cancellation Protection allows you to cancel your booking at any time up to 36 hours before the date of your stay for any reason and you'll receive a 100% refund (less the cost of Ccancellation Protection). It's only a one off payment of £24.95, and when this has been added to your booking, you will have peace of mind that – whatever happens – your money is protected.
