Savannah Splash Pool
Make a splash during your visit and discover an oasis in the middle of an African savannah. Along with the Savannah Splash Pool, you can also discover a 15-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa pool - making it the perfect place to relax or make a splash with your little monkeys. Included with Themed Rooms, or an additional £3pp when staying in one of our standard rooms. Pre-booking essential.
Separate Sleeping Area
A wide selection of rooms in our Resort Hotels have a separate kids sleeping area – so you can be sure you and your little adventurers can enjoy a relaxing evening and FURRRociously good sleep!

Resort guests staying in our Safari & Azteca Hotels can access the Theme Park and Zoo from 9am, in our main Theme park season! Enjoy a selection of rides and attractions, plus stare wide-eyed at some of our WILD animals before other park guests!*

One-Shots allow you to use the Reserve & Ride service to get one-time, faster access to your chosen attraction via the Reserve & Ride entrance.

Complimentary access to the Savannah Splash Pool is subject to room type. Please check this during the booking process. Guests staying in Standard rooms will be charged to use the Savannah Splash Pool. Please note that access to the Savannah Splash Pool is subject to availability. Guests will need to book a timeslot for the pool, this can be done at any point before your stay via your booking confirmation email.
Early Ride Time is available from March - November 2024 when you stay in the Chessington Safari and Azteca Resort Hotels only. Guests will have Early Ride Time on selected rides from 9am – 10am. Rides/attractions are subject to availability and the rides available can differ. Rides/attractions available will be confirmed during your visit.
†All rides are subject to change and availability. Guests staying in the Gruffalo, Room on the Broom and World of Jumanji themed rooms will get Rangers Reserve & Ride, which is valid for one ride of your choice, for each person staying in a room. Rangers Reserve and Ride is available between March and November Reserve & Ride is only available to redeem for one day, on your ticket entry date.
