New Christmas Village
Step into our new Christmas Village and be transported into a festive wonderland. Begin your journey being guided by Father Christmas’ Elves to a cozy woodfire lit Grotto. You’ll be greeted by twinkling lights, the scent of a woodfire and Father Christmas, ready to hear your wishes and spread joy to all who visit.
Then adventure into Enchanted Hollow, where you will find the Elves and their Toy Workshop. Journey through and marvel at the toy making… you may just receive an early Christmas gift!
The magic doesn’t end there, visitors to the Christmas Village can jingle away to a festive Silent Disco, see Father Christmas’ reindeers, plus much more!

There are many ways to experience a festive day out to Winter's Tail! New for 2024, you can purchase an entry only ticket which gives you access to the Theme Park (select rides and attractions), Zoo and SEA LIFE. Plus, a whole host of festive fun from the Christmas Panto to a Festive Trail and CoComelon Sing-along.
Looking for more festive fun? Book a Winter's Tail & Christmas Village ticket and you'll experience all of the above as well as access to the Christmas Village where you can journey through a festive wonderland to meet Father Christmas in his Grotto and wish the Elves in Toy Workshop a merry Christmas!
Too much for just one day? Turn your magical day out into a short break in one of our themed resort hotels. When booking a short break, your stay includes entry to Winter's Tail and the Christmas Village. PLUS, breakfast, parking and hotel entertainment too!
The Christmas Village combines Father Christmas’ Grotto and Enchanted Hollow in one Magical experience. Your journey begins being guided by Father Christmas’ Elves to a cozy woodfire lit Grotto. Then adventure into Enchanted Hollow: Toy Workshop, where you will find the Elves and their workshop where you may just receive an early Christmas gift!
When booking your tickets to Winter’s Tail, you’ll be able to select your timeslot to visit the Christmas Village. This will be the time you can enter the queue line for the Christmas Village, and will be shown on your ticket.
The Theme Park and Zoo open at 10am on the date of your visit. The time you have selected when booking your visit, is the time you can visit the Christmas Village experience.
Father Christmas' Grotto is the first stop in the Christmas Village. If you want to meet the big man himself, be sure to choose the ticket including Christmas Village entry.
Enchanted Hollow is located in the Christmas Village. You’ll make your way from Father Christmas to discover the underground town where the hustle and bustle of toy making fills the air…
Father Christmas along with his elves will be enjoying a well deserved rest after the 25th December to then start preparing for Christmas 2025. Christmas Village will not be available during this time.
